To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, or any harsh chemicals. Always store your pieces in a dry pouch or box and wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.

Yes, we offer limited customisation on selected pieces

Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns as each piece is handcrafted and created only after an order is placed.

What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is created using premium materials such as high-quality stones, pearls, crystals, brass, tin + alloy base metals and 24k gold-plated finishes.

Do you have any physical stores?
We currently operate as an online brand, but all our jewellery is crafted in our own manufacturing unit under Asliya Accessories. Our production facility ensures quality, consistency, and in-house craftsmanship.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Google Pay, PhonePe, and other online payment options.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
My payment was deducted but I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
This usually happens due to a payment gateway delay.
