Refund policy

At Asliya, every piece is handcrafted with care by skilled Indian artisans. Minor variations in finish, texture, and form are natural to handmade jewellery and are not considered defects. We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed, but we do accommodate exchanges under specific conditions, as outlined below.
When Can You Request an Exchange?
We offer exchanges only in the following situations:
You received a product that is different from what you ordered.
The product arrived damaged.
The item has missing parts.
There is a genuine quality issue.
Exchange requests must be raised within 1days of delivery. Requests received after days will not be accepted.
Important Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
Be unused, unwashed, and untampered.
Have all tags, packaging and protective coverings intact.
Be returned in the original packaging to prevent transit damage.
Products that appear worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will be returned to the customer, and the exchange will not be processed.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products are not eligible for exchange:
Customised / personalised pieces
Made-to-order designs
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
Products bought from third-party websites 
Pieces showing minor variations due to lighting, display differences
The exchange process begins only after the returned product passes our quality check.
A pickup & re-shipping fee of ₹300 is applicable for all domestic exchanges that fall under:
size issues, weight concerns, or general dissatisfaction.
No exchange fee will be charged if the item delivered was:
damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.
Once the exchanged piece is approved, the replacement will be shipped to you. Exchange timelines may vary based on courier availability and quality checks.
A product can be exchanged only once per order.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement 
If your parcel shows “Delivered” but has not been received, please contact us within 24 hours so we can initiate an immediate investigation.

No Refund Policy
As a policy, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges are offered only under the conditions listed above and cannot be converted into refunds.
