Shipping Within India
At Asliya, we strive to make your delivery experience smooth, reliable, and transparent. We ship across India through trusted courier partners to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a standard shipping fee of ₹200 will be applied.
We operate only on a prepaid basis and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Worldwide Shipping
Asliya ships across the globe, reaching customers in more than 200 countries. We work closely with trusted international and domestic logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, and others to ensure your order arrives safely and on time—no matter where you live.
We offer free international shipping on orders above ₹20,000.
For all other orders, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges in the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Asliya does not have control over these charges.

Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes between 4 to 6 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability. Deliveries are made between Monday and Saturday, excluding public holidays, typically between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
To avoid delays, please ensure that your address, pin code, phone number, and email ID are accurate and complete. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You can follow the movement of your order through the link provided. While we work closely with our courier partners, delays caused by weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. Rest assured, we will assist you in resolving any delivery concerns.
